This contemporary home is made up of different layers. Natural stone dominates the base, topped by wood, glass and red roofing tiles. A unique property where the choices are influenced by the view and the attempt to create a hotel feel.
On one side, the villa borders the woods, while on the other, a beautiful golf course stretches out before it.
A combination of materials and transparency create an interplay with this exceptional environment.
The base, which literally places the villa on a plateau, is made entirely of natural stone. Inside, natural stone dominates from floor to island and from bath to library. On the plateau, the transparent spaces with large windows and terraces keep you in touch with nature. And here too, the wood draws the warmth from the exterior of the house into the kitchen, floor and dressing room.
Minimalist in design, but lavish in its focus on detail, the warmth of the materials, the abundance of light and the view.

Net zoals een schilderij bestaat deze hedendaagse woning uit verschillende lagen. Onderaan domineert natuursteen, daarboven volgen hout, glas en rode tegelpannen. Een uniek pand waar het zicht en het hotelgevoel de keuzes bepalen.
Aan de ene zijde van de villa grenst een bos, aan de andere kant is er de uitgestrektheid van een prachtig golfterrein. Een samenspel van materialen en transparantie zorgen voor een wisselwerking met die bijzondere omgeving.
De sokkel die de villa letterlijk op een plateau zet, is volledig opgetrokken uit natuursteen. Ook binnen domineert natuursteen, van vloer tot eiland en van bad tot bibliotheek. Op het plateau hou je dankzij de transparante ruimtes met grote ramen en terrassen contact met de natuur. En ook hier trekt het hout een warm spoor van de buitenkant van de woning tot de keuken, vloer en dressing.
Minimalistisch op het vlak van vormentaal, tegelijk royaal door de doorgedreven details, de warmte van de materialen en de overvloed aan licht en zicht.
